Beth, Marisol, and I got in my car at 4:45 a.m. on Sunday June 24th and drove 30 miles south down I-95 to Lake Montclair, Virginia. Beth and I were competing in the Lake Montclair Triathlon, an olympic distance race with a 1500 meter lake swim, 40 kilometer 3 loop bike course, and 10 kilometer run.

Lake Montclair Olympic Triathlon - June 24th, 2007
Beth, Marisol, and I got in my car at 4:45 a.m. on Sunday June 24th and drove 30 miles south down I-95 to Lake Montclair, Virginia. Beth and I were competing in the Lake Montclair Triathlon, an olympic distance race with a 1500 meter lake swim, 40 kilometer 3 loop bike course, and 10 kilometer run.
The 22nd annual Bay to Bay Ride - June 17th, 2007
On Sunday June 17th, I left my house at 5 a.m. and drove north up to Annapolis and then east over the Chesapeake Bay on the massive Bay Bridge to Betteron Beach on the eastern shore of Maryland. The 22nd annual Bay to Bay Ride was a 104.2 mile ride starting at Betterton Beach, traversing east across Maryland and Delaware to Woodland Beach on the Delaware coast, then back west to the Chesapeake Bay, and then back north to Betterton Beach.
