Cape Henry Duathlon - November 17, 2007

I trekked down to Virginia Beach with the Georgetown Triathlon Team to compete in the 2007 Cape Henry Duathlon and Runfest on November 17th.

1st 5K run in 20:30

T1 of 1:15

32K bike in 1:00:15

T2 of 1:24

2nd 5K run in 22:12

Total finish time of 1:45:39

The 17th Street High Heel Race - October 30, 2007

Wow, it was a blast this year! I didn't win because I was so wasted and missed the start, but I PROMISE to bring home the "golden high heel" next year. Hope to get pics and details about this year's race posted soon.
